ME circa 2018 pink hair phase ⬆
Recently I’ve been digging more into the many, many layers that exist here on Substack. I’ve started having some lovely chats with other writers on Notes and they all talk about creativity. A lot.
I realised by committing to saying I’d write a Friday Links round up every week that I was starving myself of the creativity I came to Substack searching for.
I just can’t turn those taps on.
I don’t write here full time as much as I wish I did. I have two businesses to run.
I want to write for the joy and for when I feel bold enough to write the things I want to write.
I’m searching for JOY
In a nutshell I think it means TGIF roundups will be when I feel like and can fit it in.
I hope that doesn’t come across as arse-y 😆
As I wrote it I thought it might.
Anyhoo some stuff I’ve enjoyed recently so you might too …

I wish some of my OG blogger friends would move over. I think they’d love it here.
And just like that from that NYC article I found and subscribed to
