A pre festive break in Edinburgh with my three oldest school friends was just the ticket to get the four of us in the mood for the Christmas holiday. The icing on the cake was this WOW city centre apartment I discovered.

Don’t you just love it when you find a fabulous place to stay? Especially when it’s the sweetest of deals, too. I snagged this place for us as soon as I spotted it.

I know lots of people say they aren’t too fussy where they stay as long as it’s clean but I don’t really buy into that.

We all love a bit of comfort and luxury where we can get it, don’t we?
