Catch Up Everyone .. Of Course Middle Age Women Are Sexy

Is the world finally getting comfortable that 50+ women still enjoy and want sex?

Is this what we’ve been waiting to hear?

That 50+ women are actually sexual beings and not shrivelled up has beens of no use to anyone?

That it’s just not the ‘silver foxes’ who have still have a sex drive?

So waking up yesterday morning for me here in the UK to the news that Demi Moore age 62 had won a Golden Globe for The Substance made me fist punch for her and all of us!

What a result personally for her but what a win for the rest of us. She’s really had the last laugh, too .. her speech via Sky News ..

Heck, once over women of these ages would’ve been termed as later life, over the hill not even midlife!

I along with millions of women over generations have been told by society that we are not enough, past our sell by date, past our expiry date and now look at us .. roaring forward and rising up and it feels so good.

If Hollywood finally recognises us then it must be a thing but surely it says more about the appetite of their audience { women } who are spending their hard earned cash on these movie tickets?

Next up I’m looking forward to seeing Babygirl which again I mentioned in a past Faffing Friday. My eldest son went to an early screening of it last night and told me this morning on the phone, ‘ Mum, it felt like we were watching Nicole Kidman orgasm for 90 minutes. She is very brave!’

“Isn’t she?’ I replied, ‘What a woman!’
