I’ve tapped my face for years. I was watching an Instagram live ( I’ll find her handle as I follow her) when I’m anxious I find myself tapping my face. My friends / work colleagues even comment if I’m ok when they catch me doing it . Not sure how it works but It definitely helps me x

Also did you see the time you posted 11.11 angel numbers … I’m always looking for the signs and no as long as it’s helping that’s all that matters x

What a great new adventure. I've begun dabbling with using it myself (after accidentally discovering that it helped to calm me down while stuck in a crowd). Looking forward to hearing how it goes.

Thanks, Kelly! I think lots of people come across it by accident and then become more curious about how it might help. I'm glad you found something to help. There's nothing worse than that feeling in a crowd. I've only ever experienced once at a concert and that was enough.

I have some friends who absolutely swear by tapping - I have tried it but it didn't quite resonate for me although I think if you can connect with it, it's transformative.

Oh that's interesting, Jane. I'd love to know what you tried it for.DM me if you like. It's amazing what comes out in a session. I have a great deal to learn which in itself can be a bit overwhelming. Good for the old brain cells 😊

Anxiety is evil. I’ve struggled with that too all my life & heightened in menopause. My ADHD diagnosis made a lot of sense to me & my family. Great to hear you found something to help 💗
